Not having a very good day. I need a big boost. Everyday stresses are getting to me and I miss warm weather I need sunshine. When it rains it pores with trials in life. Thats when I start being an emotional eater. I'm ok with eating. (right now). I didn't wiegh myself this week. I didn't run on treadmill and do my stretches yesterday either.

  2. YAY! You've taken a big step in firt realizing the association between eating and emotions. Now you can conciously change that. YOU CAN DO IT! You can resist those "comfort" foods that make you feel better SHORT TERM and instead find some healthy snack that not only fills your emotional voids but actually makes you feel better about yourself and your choices. Keep it going girl. Karilynn is righ. TODAY IS A NEW DAY!!! Better yet this MINUTE iS A NeW MINUte!!!

  3. Alright. This is the day before we start a new week. Lets do this, I know we can. With all the support and encouragement, we are Capable. Let us keep up on making sure the right things going in to our mouths, and making sure we do something that is active. We Can Do This.
